I am a graduate of Tufts University with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Cognitive Brain Science working for MathWorks: makers of MATLAB & Simulink under their Engineering Development Group. In the past year I have been developing and honing skills in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics. This has sparked interests in Algorithmic Trading, and Data Literacy Education, and I spend much of my free time thinking about these topics. This site is a place for me to post my projects, share my thoughts on material I have read, and document my personal development. All of the skills that I have been learning have been in an effort to get closer to achieving my dream: building Artificial General Intelligence. In an effort to coalesce my thoughts on some of these topics I taught a course for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute on the Nature of the Mind, with perspectives from meditation, psychedelics and computers.
